Brahmal Vasudevan, Founder and Chief Executive Officer. Brahmal founded Creador in 2011. He previously spent 11 years as a General Partner and Managing Director of ChrysCapital, a leading private equity firm focused on growth capital investments in India. Prior to joining ChrysCapital, Brahmal was at ASTRO, a pay-TV operator in South East Asia, where he was involved in strategy, marketing and expansion into neighbouring countries. Brahmal started his career at BAT and also worked at the Boston Consulting Group. Brahmal holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and graduated with First Class Honors in Aeronautical Engineering from Imperial College, London.

Kevin Loh, Managing Director. Prior to joining Creador, Kevin was a Partner at the Boston Consulting Group where he specialised in strategy development and execution, covering topics such as market entry, business growth, supply chain and business turnaround, with an emphasis on consumer goods and healthcare sectors. His primary clients included a large sovereign wealth fund and several MNCs across Southeast Asia. Prior to his time at BCG, Kevin was at ASTRO, a pay-TV operator in Southeast Asia where he was in Corporate Finance. Kevin has an MBA and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Summa Cum Laude, valedictorian) from Hawaii Pacific University.

Adrian Ong, Managing Director. Prior to joining Creador, Adrian was Senior Managing Director, Investment Banking, CIMB. He was with the CIMB Group for 20 years and led the firm’s Corporate Finance and M&A business across Asia Pacific. He was also a founding director of CIMB owned CapAsia, a private equity infrastructure fund. Earlier in his career, Adrian worked for the international accountancy firm, KPMG. He holds an MBA from the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

Lim Sze Mei, Executive Director. Prior to joining Creador in 2011, Sze Mei was Vice-President at Parkway Holdings, a leading healthcare group. She was previously Vice-President, Investments at Khazanah, Malaysia’s sovereign wealth fund. Sze Mei also led the IPO process for Air Asia, a leading low-cost carrier in South East Asia and was previously at JP Morgan. She started her career in equity research at SG Securities Asia. Sze Mei received a BSc in Finance and International Business with Summa Cum Laude honors from University of Bridgeport, U.S.A.

Chen Theng Aik, Executive Director. Prior to joining Creador, Chen was the Group COO and SVP Group Operations for two leading private education groups in Malaysia. He was previously the Executive Director and CFO for Lafarge Malaysia Berhad and Malaysian Oxygen Berhad. Chen also set up a regional shared services centre for DHL and grew it to become one of DHL global centres. He started his career with PWC in the United States and returned to Malaysia to join BP Chemicals. Chen holds an MBA in Operations Management and Marketing from the University of Minnesota and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Yoong Tai Mai, Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Creador, she was the Head of Finance and Operations of CapAsia, overseeing the finance and administration of CapAsia, a private equity firm investing in the infrastructure sectors in Southeast Asia and Central Asia. She started her career as an auditor with Ernst & Young, where she led audit assignments for private and public listed companies. Tai Mai holds a Bachelor of Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Uthaya Kumar (VU), Senior Advisor. Uthaya Kumar (VU) was a Senior Partner of PricewaterhouseCoppers (PwC) South East Asia Peninsula. He was with PwC for 35 years and has led the firm’s Advisory Group in a number of large cross-border equity and debt transaction assignments. He is a Fellow and a Corporate Finance Holder of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. He is also a member of Malaysian Association of Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Accountant of Malaysian Institute of Accountant.

Wong Pau Min, Director. Prior to joining Creador, Pau Min was a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Kuala Lumpur where he spent 9 years in management consulting. Pau Min brings with him a range of strategic and operational expertise, having led execution teams and advised clients across Southeast Asia, primarily in industrial goods, financial services and the public sector. Pau Min holds an MBA from Haas School of Business, University of California Berkeley and completed his undergraduate studies at University of Cambridge, graduating with first class honours in Master of Engineering (Electrical & Information Sciences).

Sathis Manoharen, Senior Vice President. Prior to joining Creador, Sathis was the Regional Head of Operations with GrabTaxi, South East Asia’s largest on demand taxi booking company. He was previously the Regional Head for the AirAsia Group and AirAsia X Cargo division, spearheading and developing the world’s leading low cost air cargo service. Sathis was also with Foster Wheeler, ConocoPhillips and as a management consultant with Accenture. Sathis holds a B.Sc (HBP) from Universiti Sains Malaysia.

Foo Loke Sing, Senior Vice President. Prior to joining Creador, Foo worked in various multinational companies in pharmaceutical, logistic, consultancy and FMCG industries. He began his career in finance and later moved into IT management, SAP consultancy, project management, business process improvement, change management and regional shared service centre management. Foo holds an MBA from Strathclyde Graduate Business School and a Master in IT from Charles Sturt University of Australia. Foo is also a Chartered Accountant of Malaysia Institute of Accountants and Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK) / Chartered Global Management Accountant.

Ruben Baskaran, Vice-President. Prior to joining Creador in 2011, Ruben was an Associate Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance in England and Malaysia. Ruben started his career in Accenture and also spent time in ASTRO, a pay-TV operator in South East Asia. Ruben holds a BSc. (Hons) Economics & Accounting from the University of Bristol in the United Kingdom and is a member of the Corporate Finance Faculty of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).

Soo Sze Yang, Senior Analyst. Prior to joining Creador in 2016, Sze Yang was a Private Equity Analyst at KV Asia Capital. Sze Yang started his career in HSBC Malaysia and also spent two years in Maybank Investment Bank. Sze Yang holds a BSc Actuarial Science (with First Class Honours) from the London School of Economics and Political Science and passed all three levels of the Chatered Financial Analysts (CFA) Programme in 2015.

D. Cyril Noerhadi, Senior Managing Director. Prior to joining Creador in 2011, Cyril was group CFO of PT Medco Energi International, a leading oil & gas operator. Between 1999-2005, Cyril was Corporate Finance Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Jakarta office. Prior to this, he was CEO / President Director of the Jakarta Stock Exchange where he transformed the newly privatized exchange in line with new regulations that took effect in 1996. Cyril is a Ph.D with the distinction Cum Laude in strategic management at the University of Indonesia. He holds an MBA in Finance and Economics from University of Houston and a Bachelor in Engineering in Petroleum Geology from the Institute of Technology Bandung, Indonesia.

Stefanus Ade Hadiwidjaja, Executive Director. Prior to joining Creador, Stefanus was a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Prior to BCG, Stefanus worked at Indonesia's leading boutique financial and management consulting firms, Arghajata Consulting and Skha Consulting. He previously worked for IBM as a Territory Manager. Stefanus obtained an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania (as Fulbright-Sampoerna scholar) and a B.Eng. in Industrial Engineering from Universitas Pelita Harapan, graduating in top 5% in his class.

Edwin Cheah Yew Hong, Director. Prior to joining Creador in 2011, Edwin was the GM of Marketing and was part of the pioneer leadership team that set up PT AXIS Telekom Indonesia in 2005. Prior to joining AXIS, Edwin was a marketing manager at Maxis, the leading Malaysian telecommunications operator. Edwin started his career at ASTRO, a pay-TV operator in South East Asia. Edwin holds an MSc in International Management from King’s College, London and graduated in Electronic and Communications Engineering from the University of Bristol, UK.

Kunal Talwar, Director. Prior to joining Creador, Kunal was a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where he supported primarily industrial goods and consumer clients across South East Asia on a range of areas covering strategy and operational improvements. Prior to BCG, Kunal was at Spectrum, a boutique management consulting firm focused on TMT sectors. Anand Narayan, Senior Managing Director. Prior to joining Creador in 2011, Anand was a partner at Veda, a boutique investment bank where he was responsible for mergers and acquisitions, sponsor coverage of private equity firms and raising structured debt for a number of mid-market corporates. Anand also spent 12 years as Vice-President, Investment Banking at IL&FS. In the earlier part of his career, Anand held various operational roles at Zuari Agrochemicals and at Eicher Motors. He holds an MBA from IIM, Bangalore, and graduated with honors in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Jaipur.
